As you've all heard, Greg & Veronica have recently become an engaged couple! Their engagement party will be held on Friday February 22. Greg & Veronica along with Veronica's parents Tony & Alice Hoeksema, felt that there might be a little more room (not much) in our home, so the party will be here! Please pass this message on to your children as well. So... 8pm ish on Friday Feb 22, 2008 at our home. Please come out and congratulate the happy couple as they celebrate this wonderful event!!!! *We have requested our children and Veronica's sisters to leave their small children at home with sitters. It would be a zoo with 13 children the age of 6 and under, underfoot! Hope to see you all soon!

Just wanted to say hi! to everyone.I I hear congratulations are in order to Dave and Leona, I heard you are expecting. That's awesome news. We hope all goes well with your pregnancy. I'm sure you've also heard that Pete and Mel are expecting as well. She's now 13/14 weeks along and things are going really well. It's pretty exciting having Mel and Shelley both expecting this summer. Anyways, you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
I don't know if you check the times of these postings, but you'll notice that we are home today due to another SNOW DAY! Sometimes I really love this country.

Due to Brant's progress and lack of complications since his surgery, the doctor's are releasing him today!

Brant has now been moved out of the ICU and into a ward room - which means that if anyone would like to visit, you are more than welcome to!! (as long as you are healthy).
He is at Vancouver Childrens Hospital, Unit 3R in Room 20.
There will be several visitors tonight (Wednesday), but over the next few days, and the weekend - any visitors would be appreciated!
Katrina will be rooming in with Brant and they are hoping that he will be released by Christmas Eve.
For anyone interested in seeing Brant's progress since surgery and how Colin & Katrina are doing, Katrina has been updating her blog frequently.

hello everyone. I'm excited to share my news that the fact that I bought my very first townhosue which is why i'm thowing an openhouse/housewarming party for all my relatives that are dear to me. the occasion will be on Friday Nov. 9 2007 DV. my address is #2-19455 65 Ave.The parking lot is very limited so carpooling would be the best bet. The time would be from 7-10 pm. The other option is you can park on the 65 Ave street(if you can find room) I would like to know how many people are coming so give your response ASAP.
